Narwhal Arc is a creative website. it displays hand-drawn artwork and maintains a private list of wallet addresses that have requested early access. it does not sell anything and does not currently offer anything for sale.

minting is not live. no smart contract is deployed for this purpose at the time of writing. joining the whitelist is not a purchase, a reservation, or a guarantee of anything being sold later.

joining means leaving a wallet address and an x account. nothing connects to your wallet, nothing is signed, and no transaction is sent. the address you give us is taken at your word and marked unverified in the notebook.

we store the wallet address you gave us, the x account you left, the time you joined, and nothing that identifies you personally. the full list is never published. see the privacy page for the details.

the drawings, the writing, and the tide line are original work. please don't reuse them as a collection of your own. the narwhal would be confused, and so would we.

if any of this changes, this page changes with it. if minting ever goes live, the terms will be rewritten before it does, and they will be written this plainly again.
